Hi!
First of all, I would like to say that hanfu is not divided by dynasty but rather by style/type. While each dynasty had a mainstream style, other styles existed alongside it, as well as fashion fads. We can refer to historical hanfu by dynasty, of course (and hanfu from specific dynasties sometimes did have specific characterstics, such as 明立領), but classifying contemporary hanfu by dynasty isn’t useful - they are all contemporary styles based upon earlier ones.
With that said, I presume you are referring to 齊胸襦裙? If so, you may find this helpful. :)
Hi, I presume you are referring to 花鈿? If so, you can buy stickers/temporary tattoos from taobao, or you can draw them yourself using lipstick or the type of makeup used in Beijing opera.

Honestly, I don’t know. If you ask the op, though, I’m sure he can tell you! Also, as it says in the tags, the armour is a reconstruction from the Southern and Northern dynasties, not the Han dynasty.
